The good old times.

The Remember when's and the Good old times(:

Chase and I make gingerbread houses every year before Christmas.
We've done it for as long as I can remember and its one of my favorite traditions.
We always have so much fun doing it,
Though some years it ended up like this(:
Chase and I would spend so long trying to make it look perfect, that eventually we'd make a mistake and decide we don't like it and then...
War.
This particular year the war escalated so much that frosting ended up on the ceiling.
I'll never forget this day, we laughed for hours.
And then cleaned up for hours after that...(:

If you can look at this picture and not se how painfully adorable I used to be...well... Just kidding(:
But with Christmas season beginning, I can't help but look back at all the pictures we have from Christmas' past.
Growing up, Chase and I were my mom's probably not-so-helpful helpers when it came to all things Christmas!
We fluffed the trees,
Set up nativities,
And argued about whose nutcrackers was which.
I can't wait for Christmas this year...
Every year Christmas becomes more and more meaningful to me,
And you can always catch me wearing my Santa Hat!
